At the ESNEFT Neuroendocrine Tumours (NET) Multi-Disciplinary Team, our mission is to deliver world-class, comprehensive, and compassionate care to patients across North Essex and Suffolk. We are dedicated to ensuring that a diagnosis of neuroendocrine cancer does not mean you have to travel far from home to receive advanced, pioneering medical care.

A new diagnosis can feel overwhelming and confusing. We are here to clear away the guesswork and wrap a blanket of support around you and your family.

• Clear, Simple Information: We promise to explain your diagnosis and treatments in plain, everyday language—no complicated medical jargon.

• Your Dedicated Nurse Support: You will be paired with a Specialist Nurse (CNS) who will be your direct point of contact. They are there to answer your questions, coordinate your appointments, and offer a listening ear whenever you need it.

• Connecting You to Community: You are not alone. We will connect you with friendly local support groups and amazing national charities, like Neuroendocrine Cancer UK, so you can talk to others walking the same path.
